Shipping Policy

INTRODUCTION

By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to Dungeon Comics & Cards Terms of Service (TOS) and all policies outlined on our website.

Dungeon Comics & Cards holds no responsibility for any orders lost, stolen, or misplaced after they've been shipped.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All online orders will be ready for pickup or shipped within 2 business days from order confirmation.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES FOR CANADA

We offer distinct shipping rates for TCG singles and all other orders. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

SECTION 2.1. – TCG SINGLES

TCG Singles orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer via Canada Post Standard Lettermail with optional tracking.

Default shipping rates are based on the number of singles in your order (1-40 singles, or 41-200 singles), with orders with more than 200 TCG singles subject to additional shipping fees. Please select the appropriate option at checkout. TCG Singles orders totaling $150 or more (before taxes) qualify for free shipping with tracking within Canada.

Please note, if the non-tracked option is chosen, Dungeon Comics & Cards assumes no liability for lost lettermail shipments.

SECTION 2.2. – ALL OTHER ORDERS

Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Express shipping is available upon selection during checkout.

Orders totaling $150 or more (before taxes) for sealed products qualify for free shipping with tracking within Canada.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES FOR USA

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

Online orders totaling $250 USD or more (before taxes) qualify for free shipping with tracking within the USA.

SECTION 4 - IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup orders are usually ready within 2 business days from order confirmation, and will be held in-store for up to 30 days. Valid photo ID is required for order pickup. For orders picked up by someone other than the purchaser, the original purchaser must email info@dungeoncomicsandcards.ca with their order number and the name of the person picking up the order.

SECTION 5 - SALES TAX

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. All Canadian orders are subject to applicable GST and PST, or HST.

SECTION 6 - PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing Pre-Order items will be held until the entire order can be fulfilled.

If your order contained products that have already released in addition to Pre-Order products and you wish to receive your order in multiple shipments as they're available, please feel free to contact us at info@dungeoncomicsandcards.ca (additional shipping fees may apply if you did not select in-store pickup.)

SECTION 7 - FRAUD PROTECTION

Dungeon Comics & Cards reserves the right to request additional information for orders suspected to be fraudulent before fulfillment. Orders may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE ORDER IS CANCELED.
