All sales are final and non-refundable once payment is received.

All Pre-Order sales are final and non-refundable.

Event Tickets

If you find you are unable to attend an in-store event you've pre-registered and paid entry for, you must contact the store a minimum of 24 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund for your event ticket.

Damages & Returns

Make sure to inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if any products are defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product(s). We'd love to work with you on a resolution.
